This week the weather was bad but that didn’t stop us from going out for a jigging session that ended with a huge king mackerel and an amazing fight.
After a long day of fishing and little hits, Haytham was able to false hook a 16kg king mackerel from its side, then passed the rod to Abed who fought the fish for 20 minutes straight.
The fish were very finicky and were not eating the jigs. Instead, they were hitting them with their tails to scare them away, in such situations having a treble hook helps a lot.
