These operators are off the street new or what. Why don't he just doze in front of pile instead of backing down in a swampy area. And can't these drivers tailgate a load . 4' lifts no wonder trucks get stuck or turn over . Do long pushes instead of 3'. It will compact better an no loss of time messing with trucks stuck that one almost went over . No one to back him in that sketchy spot

Not sure what you building, but 1 or 2 good rain storms will wash all that away. Lifts of dirt to thick and zero compaction.
