​@@HeinzenHistoryIt depends on their situation, because for me it is rare to find them, and it is very likely that they speak when they see you or an SCP or enemy (like Insurgency or Class-D)

​@@TheClass-D i was spawning in the npcs and the guards didnt seem to have a reaction to most of the scps i spawned in but he did shoot the chaos insurgency
