I never heard of a rusty blackhaw untill I joined an Oklahoma native plant group on Facebook last week. I’m planning on getting that instead of crepe myrtle, especially since it’s an azure butterfly host plant. It also gives me something with beautiful white blooms in spring that’s not a Bradford. I grew up in north Alabama surrounded by woods full of redbuds and dogwood. We have the redbud here but I’ve missed the dogwood. They’re supposed to be native in SE Oklahoma but I don’t see them much. And the few I’ve seen planted by people never look healthy. I think they don’t get the amount of water they need here.

19:32 Are there any Oklahoma nurserys that do grafted pawpaw seedlings? I was able to find Bloom Nursery in NWA from the KSU website, but if there's any place more local, I would like to know.
