Thank you so much for your videos from the bottom of my heart. I struggle with currently unmedicated adhd and some health issues. I have awful muscle pain that is chronic and cannot sleep a lot. I take pain meds and muscle relaxers and have possible early onset Parkinson’s but i don’t have insurance anymore to get my labs done etc. you help me at least get to sleep. I’m very young, in my 20s and life is hard sometimes. Thank you Tom. I’ve nearly run out of my medications that I’ve rationed since. I’ll be okay though. Life goes on and I’m grateful you’re a part of mine through the screen and headphones at least
