In the final redesign, she looks like a Peacock and dove with bright colors, and the wing shapes look so original. Love the redesign and speed paint of Cadence
I like how the heart shape crystal on her chest became multiple gems as the single large one would restrict movement while she trotted or flew. The multiple smaller gems allow her to move freely and without any pain.
Also absolutely adorable! Love the newer design!
Maybe you should name her Crystaldove? Or something similar?

The only thing I would change is the chains. I'd replace them with either beads or pearls.
But still, this is a lovely design! I really love the contrast between her dark eyes and gemstones, and her pale coat and hair, it makes the accents stand out SO well.

Yep, they're a similar shape to a goat but if you look closely their eyes are quite different... Goats pupils tend to be more rectangular and have less detail around them... And horses tend to have a circular type pupil with a lot of detail around the pupil :D
The eyes I believe giver her a puppy-eyed look to represent her delicate design and yet adorable look. It's so pretty!

I think dove fits perfectly since she is the princess of love and the dove is the sacred animal for Aphrodite, the goddess of love.
I think the color of her eyes is a little dark, and makes a rather startling contrast to her other softer colors. Other than that, I love this

Well since MLP:FiM has Greek Mythology elements in it, let's call her Empress Aphrodite after the Goddess of Love, Aphrodite her self. I put Empress there since her land is called the Crystal Empire, and rulers of an empire are either an Emperor or Empress. It's cheesy, I know, but it's all I got.
