Always loved this song. Slade is a true hidden gem of the 80's. Quiet Riot did make a career off of Slade remakes. But nobody could replicate this sound , beautiful song. Even Slash reminds me of the guitarist.

Wonderful song! I first heard it when i was 13 years old in 1983 and got caught at once, it's a pity it didn't make it to number one, i was in the blues today and this amazing song lifted my spirit. Wonderful! And the lyrics is beautiful! "So let's all sing together my oh my", so here i am raising and swaying my arms with them, it should be relaunched in 2020! A timeless masterpiece! One of the Greatest Songs of All time! Thank you Slayde! (Slayde's fans know why I deliberately misspelled!), God bless you!

Always loved this song. Slade is a true hidden gem of the 80's. Quiet Riot did make a career off of Slade remakes. But nobody could replicate this sound , beautiful song. Even Slash reminds me of the guitarist.

The first time I heard this song in 1986, I was 15 at the time, I instantly found the music awesome. It was one of my Dad's collections. It's at the end of 2020 now. I make a reflection about my life whenever I'm listening to an old song, life is short indeed. LOL
