Families grow and today are turning nuclear and want to live with their own family and for this housing is a necessity. A blanket ban will only bring about a rash of illegal constructions Unfortunately due to lackadaisical attitude by officials involved in passing the development, many fly-by-night builders are mushrooming. New constructions bring about better infrastructure but should be monitored closely to maintain the local ecology
