@Mandar Mitra. You are correct. I have seen the Megaphone 45 rpm EP that had this track & it was titled Mishra Tilang. (The other three tracks were 'kotha gelo shyam' - Bhairavi. 'boney boney papiya' - Bahar, & 'phuley phuley ki katha' - Gujri Todi). An EP worth is weight in gold!

Thanks for the upload, but this is almost certainly not Gaud Malhar. It might be (Mishra) Tilang or thereabouts.

Absolutely, the chalan is typical of Tilang, might be mishra as you have also said, but yes, certainly not Gaud Malhar....
