I not an owner but I am watching every video,im educating myself For the future if I do purchase one locally I’ll know what I’m getting into ,thank-you for your time
Jim - Thanks again for another great vid on leaks and your continued service to the GMC community. We appreciate your commitment to the GMC community to keep our GMC’s on the road...and if possible...dry.
If these roof screws break then pop them out using a center punch....don't try to drill, because the drill may wonder off center. The sealer you should use for the drip rails that is inexpensive and last many years is the same stuff used for gluing the windshield in place. This uerithan rubber will cure with heat and humidity
they got this new fangled thing called a video camera, you take it with you when go fix stuff and record what you're doing and then you post it on a website like TH-cam, thousands of people are doing it you should take a look, it is the best thing ever, I can't tell you how much I have learned by watching other people do thing, it's amazing
the more i read, the more videos i watch, makes me think that this GMC even though it is OLD is better built than these newer ones and leads me to want one more and more. I just want to ride around this Great Country and see sites, stay at state and Federal parks, and stay at an RV park every now and then.
