I really enjoy your eye makeup tutorials. I love that you always indicate the brush used with the shade. I'm just recently getting into wearing eye shadows. I'm older and have been focusing on complexion, but watching your tutorials has inspired me that maybe I can brighten my look up with shadows.
I agree with you that the last two ones look stunning on you! Thank you for the tutorial! Purple would be more like my color story but all three shades look the same, and finally I prefer the two last looks! Difficult choice for it's a beautiful collection! It's a pity that Chanel has raised their prices. Anyway, I've rarely used powder eyeshadows ever since I had my kids, I am more into one and done cream eyeshadows (bobbi brown, Laura mercier, Charlotte tilbury, kiko) so it will be a pass but not an easy one...

Loving the Cuirve and Peche warmer quads the most, nothing that surprises me there. Especially considering that I have as some of my all-time favorite ND and PML palettes falling into the warmer territory (ND Bronze Midi, Lila, Nude and Biba Mini's, PML Midnight Sun and some of her 6-pan warmer palettes, and my only Chanel quad being Empriente du Desert).

Same! Purples make my eyes pop green. I like to show off my eyes not necessarily my eye makeup. Cooler tones look better on me while warm tones make my eyes look dull and sick. Coral lippies make me look like an old lady even though they look gorgeous on women with darker skin tones. Never tried Chanel before but I will be picking this up!
@@AllyKit I bought few different eyeshadow palettes based on the influencer recommendations, and that's where I failed the most of times. They love highly pigmented colours but it doesn't suit for everyday use. If I paid so much money for the eyeshadow, then I want to make the most out of it.🤣
wonderful presentation as you applied each of them. I didn't like the first one at all, too shimmery. I LOVE purples, so I would go for #2 myself. The others, mehhhhh, not an autumn color palette person. But, I am sure the price is way beyond my budget now.

Oh gosh, the knitted tweed pocket is drawing me in…. but I do not need any of these. Before I seriously got into makeup, I used to collect Chanel quads and these colour stories have definitely appeared before. This formula is actually great for work but once you’ve tried Natasha and Pat you can never go back… xx
I like number 3. Don't particularly need it, as I think I have these colors in other eye makeup already. I may still get it just to have a single palette with some of my favorite colors. But, since I don't collect makeup, I don't really mind about the tweed pattern or the tweed case. So if the price is more than the regular Chanel palettes, I won't be too upset if I miss out.🤣

The 100 year No. 5 lineup was lovely and a nice surprise, but again, a little gimmicky. I suppose the Chanel marketing data does find these limited editions promoting tbe Chanel history to be extremely profitable. They are fun, and a nice change from straight releases. I keep hoping the colors are more beloved than tne tweed embossing.
At $62 none wow me enough to purchase. Maybe #3 but at 20% chance of purchase still doubtful. I think dupes are easily available for all of this at 1/10 the price. May look to Mac singles to add a similar shade from 3.
Quad 1 and 3 it's ok and have sufficient pigments ,but other 2 ie 2,4 look pretty but soft , I love Tweed 1 ,as the price point it's high, what to say" its Chanel".

Chanel irritates me - I would love them to just do a worldwide launch. Instead, Asia gets the initial drop, followed by wherever/whenever. Surely they can orchestrate their releases in a much less haphazard fashion! I mean, it's Chanel fgs! I would also love to see each country/continent receive the same products. I would not spend my $ I’m sad they got rid of the eyeliner I used for years it was a pencil you can sharpen I believe it was a kohl but I found it then it went away again. Y’all I got this color from my teenage years in a pencil that’s more than half sharpened. How much I loved it cuz it was a duochrome liner without know of them being popular. Called “black jade” I could layer it with shadow. My typical teenage years was light matte neutral, and golden shimmer with eyeliner waterline and Chanel pencil in black jade on the top of water line if I wanted to. Sooo many compliments cuz it was so unique the most i paid for an eyeliner. Like 30.00$ but amazing and must find it again.
