- Western Angami Youth Organisation (WAYO) hold a public rally today to protest against the alleged murder of Kezhalelie Lawrence Miasalhou, personal assistant (PA) to Kohima deputy commissioner (DC) by two youth Neizosetuo Kire and Khrietsonyü Whuorie of Kohima village.

This was bound to happen to someone bc these wrestlers act like they own every street! We have experienced so much Eve teasing and harrasment even when we pass by them and they say nagaland is a safe place for women! Shame
The fact that they said nagaland is safe for woman is that nagaland have one of the least rape case in india dont always try to go overboard... What happened is a tragedy no one can deny that but the act was committed by two individuals and not the whole society I am not an angami but us nagas should atleast try to look at the bigger picture n not pile on the whole society clan and the sports for two individual miss deed I also full heartedly support the no bail jail imprisonment...

@@AkumJanq I have already experience it's multiple time since I stayed in kohima for a long time and I still want all our naga people to understand each other... And also I don't need to fact checked because that fact is accurate nagaland is a safe place for woman if u wanna argue about this I don't have anything else to say..

I was born in kohima and for studies I was out of Nagaland so the atmosphere for us not only women is safest in Nagaland. But in kohima some individuals harass others using the synonym land owners spoiling the beauty of kohima and the name of Angamis in particular... It's sad to see this guys bossing around like they own the world

Sorry for the lost of life but it is evident that this things will happen sooner or later. We are lucky that it didn't happen to us. I hope this incident will bring some changes in the mindset of the land owners, who thinks themselves that they are the boss of the land. Respect people who ever they are, no matter if he or she is from other tribe. Change your mindset so that we can live in peace and harmony. Naga custom, my area, my land so i am the boss, there is no right and wrong. This mindset can't be tolerated in civilized society, because of this mindset you took the life of your own tribe, people. If you cannot spare the life of your own people. How will you treat the other people. Its so disheartening.
