Roy had some losses but I never saw him get destroyed or knocked out really bad. He was an exciting fighter and he got in with the best and had an iron chin from hell. He destroyed so many heavyweights. That over hand right was the best I have ever seen and also the deadliest. I never saw him get knocked out.

Big Country was such a unique personality and great fighter. For a long time he had the potential to beat ANYONE in the UFC. It’s a shame that Dana White didn’t gave him more opportunities to fight for the heavyweight title. And above all: How I miss seeing him sitting on the fence caressing his big belly after knocking out his opponent with one single terrifying right hand!!
His best chance at something like a title shot was probably beating Werdum, and Werdum kneed him in the head so hard that he complained about it for days after the fight.
Maybe stand up but Tank had little ground game beyond intermediate wrestling skills and he gassed out fairly quick if he couldn't get a knock out early.
Two thoughts 1) Kongo came sooooo close to tearing up his knee when he was knocked out, and 2) How classy Roy let up when he saw Kongo was helpless. He is a good man.

I was split on the ref calling it early but if Big Country went through with that last punch....ouch!!! The impact @ 9:59😵
