Hi Retha, thank you! I have never heard that saying before but it is so true and it made me smile. Thank you so much for your support and for watching🙏💕
@@RainbowLane I'm not a mean person at all but for that reason alone..I'll not have a YT channel...I'd be very quick to tell them not to watch. It astounds me that people have nothing better to do with their time than correct people..anyway, I binged watched alot of your videos yesterday and you have gotten me back in the mood to do some more paper beads...yours are so lovely!!!
Thank you Donna your comments are very much appreciated. Most people, like you, are really nice and I often think the ones who aren't so nice are just unhappy and I feel sorry for them. There is not much else we can do. Life is so short, it's best to get along with everyone as best we can. Thank you again for taking the time.🌹
They are both gorgeous but I am really digging the black! It's like black ice! I'm thinking this technique would be lovely as a journaling page background, too. Oh, ya, screw people who think they need to harp on something as petty as calling it tin foil. We say the same here in the states and don't give it another thought.
Hi Debbie - thank you for taking the time to comment. The journaling page background is a great idea. Your comment about tin foil made me laugh - yeah screw ‘em! I didn’t realise you commonly still call it tin foil over there too - after I was told off about it, I figured all my US people were thinking the same! 😂😂😂 I guess some people just need to nit pick! Thanks again.
I've seen recipes and heard cooking show hosts using tin foil. lol My thought is there are much more important things in this world to get riled up about. In the time you spend correcting a person on a "proper" word, you could drop a line to your legislator about something important.
Thank you Katanya - I have used polystyrene before but I prefer oasis because the density is different. I find the toothpicks just slip into the oasis much easier than polystyrene but I do have both in my workroom. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment - much appreciated.
Lovely! Why not use styrofoam from any packaging that comes to your place?!! It's recycling it, and saves you money. I really love your beads. Great idea to use a ruler. I will give it a go once I get some inks. 🙂💖🌸
Next time try a large embroidery needle. The elastic should fit through the eye, and the needle should go all the way across through your tile. By the way, in the US, we most commonly still call it tin foil. Anyone that picky has an self-esteem issue, and they used you to make themselves feel superior. Your videos are quite fine. Very good ideas!
What a good idea - I will try that. Thanks so much for watching and commenting. And yes, you are probably right in what you say about the ‘tin’ foil issue - I never thought of it that way until I read this! Glad you like the videos - much appreciated.
And thank you for watching and commenting - yes, I've had a few people tell me that, I guess the person who made such a fuss over my choice of words just likes to find fault with others. So glad most other people aren't like that! :-)
We call it tin foil in Canada too, it's no big deal that it isn't actually made of tin (some people are anal like that) - that's what it is called. It's like a hamburger, it doesn't actually contain ham, it's just what it is called. I love this bracelet.
Thank you! Yes I guess some people are very keen on using correct words for things - I still call it tin foil regardless! 😂Thanks for your support, much appreciated 🙏💕

We've always referred to it as tin foil also. It really surprises me how many folks swallow the camel and choke on the nat .
Your art is beautiful.
Hi Retha, thank you! I have never heard that saying before but it is so true and it made me smile. Thank you so much for your support and for watching🙏💕
Try using a big eye needle to get the elastic through the beads. Great video x

Hi, Thanks for the great tutorial. Both of the tiles turned out great. Take Care :-)
Thanks Denise - I appreciate hearing your comments.
Great tutorial!
You can use a piece of polystyrene instead of the oasis. That way you won't have to coat it in PVA.

You are such a good jewelry maker. It is o.k., say it the way you want to say it, you are from a different country.
Thank you Teresa, your comment is much appreciated.😍

Hi Susan, thanks for watching and commenting - much appreciated. Have fun and make sure you wear gloves when you get the inks! Take care 💕🙏
