An incredible song, very tense atmosphere, contrasting a lot to the childish approach from most of the game (which is also awesome)... A challenging situation, in which you don't know what to do, the enemy is coming, everything is being destroyed, controls are different, arrows are pointed to the ground and you don't know if you should follow them or avoid them... What an amazing gameplay experience!

Can we all just take a moment to appreciate how awesome that boss fight was? I can't remember another boss fight for a Super Mario game that was quite that unique.

You know, when I here this and think about the game and how colorful and child-like it is, it feels of, but then I think it's epic, because it's basically changing the pace to a more fitting end. I mean, Yoshi's Island is essentially all "wahoo!" if you know what I mean, and then there's this *M A S S I V E T O D D L E R* trying to reck everything and Yoshi's there to throw eggs at what's essentially a kaiju-level threat. Sure, we don't think about it much, but when we do, the music is only as "off" as it Baby Bowser in the whole picture, and as epic as he is when you battle him, so it makes perfect sense.
@@SerchBoogie Interesting enough, if suddenly this were to be a thing in movies, Bowser Jr. would be basically a baby Godzilla (probably in a cartoon-y style or something). Of course, with all those special effects like Godzilla vs. King Kong.
