Your Armies and Terrain are looking awesome and I really like your AAR's. I would love to see some Games, where you'll using Lists of the Scenario Books, which are not so common as the usual Reinforced Infantry Platoon.

Great looking table. Lots of terrain always makes for a great game, especially when it looks as nice as this. Somehow I missed this one when it came out. Your morale rolls were atrocious. You basically moved up and ran away.
I think you just need to count buildings as cover, just like any other cover, area effect just like troops behind a wall all floors. The new building rules are broken. Everyone knows it.
Ron DuBray well, shooting HE into a building would be devastating. But ruins were obviously much better as cover. So though I think the new rules are extremely strong, they do make sense. Not sure how you’d fix it. As is, squads in the building do have the option of going down to reduce the number of hits by half.

Thanks Steve! The buildings in the village are by Sarissa. The farm buildings are mainly 4ground. The hedges and roads are home made.
