I hope that they'll add a sparkle effect or blue star next to the names of shinies (so many of my friends are new to Pokemon and learning through cobblemon and they don't know what are shiny and what's normal)
I absolutely love this update, it looks incredible! I think it would be really cool to have a ui design and pokedex overhaul at some point in the future, considering how developed this mod is starting to become!!!
Pixelmon is still leagues ahead, but Cobblemon will catch up eventually no doubts. Pixel has had years of dominance with no opposite, now Cobbledevs are slowly working their way towards that same place

The unique Pokemon mechanics like Megas and Tera are yet to be implemented on Cobblemon, but most of the other features are already here and done much better than Pixelmon ever did. This evolution itself destroyed whatever the heck is that Pixelmon evolution

I like the approach of having it like in Legends Arceus where you can manually trigger the evolution. Definitely fits into Minecraft the best!

Actually, the Pokedex will be in this update according to their Trello progress page. It's a "digital notebook" that comes in all the apricorn colors.
