I am so sorry for your bad experience. I had a transplant 10 months ago and found you the first day of recovery. It helped me so much to know what to expect. They never mentioned hair loss. You prepared me for that. Knowing someone who is way ahead in this process is a blessing. Don't be discouraged, you do make a huge difference.
i had the bone marrow/kidney transplant together which decreases meds over time. 2 years post and i’m just on bela once a month. i notice that if i don’t eat before my treatment, i am so tired and nauseous afterwards
I always eat before I go because I have to take my meds in the morning so I never experienced that before. That’s awesome that you only take just the bela. Pray for good health and strength throughout your journey. Stay strong 💪🏾

But besides celcep and prednisone you also take the anti rejection meds right?
I take those 2 and belatacept infusion once a month and thats all
Why would it be discontinued? My doctor let me know about some rejections with Bela. Even though I’m doing much better on it.
