Your pepper crab is a great game changer. I will try it as soon as possible. I lost contact because of regular travelling. However I am back on and researching what I missed.
Good morning cuzin Chris😊Bwoy dat pot lookin’ good! Fiery! 🌶️Love it! The weery weery pepper tho🤔🤔What’s another name for them? I feel like it’s myree (spelling) pepper. Guyanese cooking uses it. Please let me know. I’m making this dish ASAP!🙌🏾👌🏾😛😛
Thai chili 🌶️ . He mentions as he’s putting them in. The yellow ones are scotch bonnet. EDIT: just got through the video and saw the tiny peppers🤪. They are wiri wiri pepper. I’d like to get some of those. I’ve never heard of those either. 🔥🌶️🔥
@ Same, I love scotch bonnets, but the only way to get them is to buy the plants at a nursery and plant them at home because they are not readily sold anywhere that I know of in America.
Corn starch is not good for you my bro. Its high processed and can raise blood pressure. Maybe used in moderation but look for alternatives. Thanks for the recipe tho. The flavours look good
Right🤣 My grandmother used cornstarch to thicken sauces, crisp chicken and even as a healthy alternative to talcum powder. With that said, we only live once and we stand a better chance of getting struck by lightening than overzealously policing lightly using processed food🤣
Chris thank yiu for this recipe! I didn't have all of the peppers you used but I enjoyed the flavor or my dish! Will post a picture soon!

What type of crab, and how do you clean it. I had this in Tobago and it's delish❤
I hate fricking spicy food but would risk it for this, I love me some shell food😂😂😂
edit it to cut back on the heat (to your liking)
Im going to try tomorrow but do a combo with crab n shrimp with fried rice. Nose running already 😢
nice.. enjoy.
Im not into too much spicy stuff, but this looks delicious.. maybe i may give it a try with mild tasting peppers
make it happen
Have you ever made this recipe without corn starch? Looking delicious ,another practical recipe for tasty Tuesdays
if doing it without the corn starch, no need to pre-fry the crab, add a bit more water in the sauce and cook the crab in it fully
