Cake made with dry, already ground poppy seeds, topped with a light mascarpone-based coffee cream. I have baked this cake several times and I love it every time. It's delicious! The best I've ever eaten. Pride!!!

🔴 Poppy seed sponge cake:
200 g of soft butter
100 g of brown sugar
4 medium eggs
200 g of already ground ground, dry poppy seeds
200 g of wheat flour
100 g of honey
15 g baking powder (3 teaspoons)
pinch of salt
We bake the cake
A few hours in advance, we will prepare: 20 g of instant coffee (4 tablespoons)
Pour 5 - 6 tablespoons
boiling cream (30 g)
🔴 Coffee cream:
300 g of very cold cream 35% or 38%
750 g cold mascarpone
100 g of powdered sugar
For decoration, 80 g of almond flakes
and powdered sugar
