Greetings. Same here in Germany, but there is a Drivers License for up to 25 km/h. This Ape has a Limiter ( the 4. Gear is Locked and in the Exhaust is a little Reducer ). At this Point you can drive it with the 25 License. Hope it helps out. Sry for my bad English, School is long Time ago.
