SO BEAUTIFUL! I don't why that's an issue. It perfectly describes this work of art. I already knew I wanted this figure, but I've been putting it off. After seeing your review, I just went ahead and pulled the trigger. I feel like a lot more new folks are gonna get into Yolopark after this video and if they get any kit from them, I fell like G-1 Optimus would be the most popular. I didn't want to wait too long and miss out. But yeah, based on you review, he looks even better than I expected. Can't wait.
I’ve really pulled back from “transforming” Transformers because I maybe transform them twice.. Maybe.. then pose them on my shelf in both mode. And as much as I like MDLX they’re just not a line I can get “multiple” of. The Yolopark figures (because let’s face it.. they’re figures) scratch almost every it I personally need.. also they look REALY close to not only G1.. but the new Skybound series. Especially with how gruff and battle worn they look. In G1 cartoon they didn’t hold their battle scars for long. 😅
I love these figures but I don't agree that you can't tell they have a model kit quality to them. The overall weight and construction feels slightly flimsy and loose compared to actual action figures, like the MDLX series. These models look amazing on the shelf though, and that's really all that matters.
People have a problem with figures being called “beautiful”? I say it all the time. People are weird. Also, glad you your figure does that lean thing. I was worried something was wrong with mine.
Regarding the feet, check if they're flat, if not Yolopark offers replacement for free as initial batches had this issue. I thought mine had the feet problem but I just had to move around the front ankle piece and now it's not an issue at all.

All the connection parts like the arm to the body, waist Do they hold up? I mean do the connection parts become loose overtime? cause the connection parts are no ball joints i notice, they r just straight tubes that connect. So i've been wondering

I got mine and i like it but theres just one main thing about it i hope they improve on future figures. I wish the parts that plug in like the shoulders into the torso clicked and the thighs clicked into the waist. Cause when i turn then it feels like its slowly coming out if that makes sense
I love this Optimus and it is my favorite! Unfortunately Yolo shipped the box inside another box with absolutely no packaging so it arrived pretty bent. The figure is undamaged though.
@@UnparalleledUniverse knowing there isn't a secret latch or button, gave me the confidence to brute force it open with my hands. Thanks! Afterwards, I did notice interlocking tabs.. so the secret is to open both doors at the same time
Honest question: how long it took to learn how to pose figures? I just can't and even the more vanilla poses I have to kinda do it myself then 'transfer' it to the figure 😅
Posing is my favorite thing to do with figures, if your struggling at coming up with poses looking at comic art is great for referencing poses, even poses from movies or shows can help inspire you, also giving it a story can help too, like if he’s going to punch someone the weight has to shift a certain way so they punch with there right arm there left leg goes back etc, hope this helps!

This is probably the closest looking G1 Prime at an affordable price. I like ThreeZero, but that is more stylized. The paint job is magnificent. Will probably pick this up. I would like Soundwave and Starscream soon. But I would love them to tackle Springer and Grimlock

Since it's a partsformers, you could probably use a 3D printer to add extra parts and joints to make it transformable. I can see modding this to transform like NewAge's Ultra Magnus. Also considering how the NewAge H27 can be armoured into H28 UltraMagnus, that extra parts could easily turn a recolor white version of this into Ultra Magnus. Maybe add an extra aft joint for the shoulder so that it can transform into Magnus to hide the arms like in NewAge.
I avoided these like the plague because when you hear the two words "model kit" you immediately picture a three or four hundred piece model with finicky plastic, but once I saw that he's more like a diecast build a figure, I feel like I need him and Megatron both.

Once they make a bumblebee I hope he’s the same size as the mini one just in the detail as the pro line. He should be no bigger than primes knee.

The feet are an issue. Yolopark did send me replacement feet because i had the same issue you have with the feet not being flat.
I would of preferred whole assembly video it's fun watching it put together

Yeah man it’s suuuper hard to open up. I tried to use a screwdriver and got scared and just forced it by hand

Bumblebee mini needs to be a little smaller. In the animated series he is very small compared to Optimus. Only taller in the MP scale version
