If the flower doesn't have enough leaves, it won't work. 3- make a cut at the bottom in the middle and make the cut around 3 to 5 cm 4-place a growth hormone at the bottom, or use cinnamon or aloe Vera 5-place the stem at a 45° angle in the soil. When the roots grow down, the new sprout will grow vertical to it and kind of horizontal to the major stem. You place it like this:↘️ and it grows like so: 🕙. Some people even place it on the ground and cover it with dirt and water it and just let it grow, but sometimes insects kill it and it doesn't work. 6- don't water too much and don't put in direct sunlight for the first two days Edit 2: the cut below, also needs to be a triangle 📐, a normal cut will cause rotting due to the fluid accumulation. A cut to the side help the fluid flow out easily and prevent rot both on the top and bottom parts

If the cinnamon doesn't work for you, try aloe vera. the soil plays a major part, make sure the soil isn't too dense and allows air and water flow. Roses love metallic red soil, it's the best for them but that also depends on the species. Also remember that you only fail if you stop trying, trial and error are key to a successful harvest. The best gardeners killed the most plants!
