Love to modulate this phrase continuously between 3s, 4s, 6s, etc. (depending on the tempo) placing the attacks in different spaces around the clave. The possibilities are endless! Anyway, Look forward to checking out your future tutorials. Can tell just by the way you place your hands on the drum that you’ve really dug into his style.

Those are Manito steer heads in medium brown. They make the fiberglass drums sound better in my opinion.
