watching someone play light tanks, especially in difficult situations, is a perfect showcase on how good a players is. this session is a perfect example of brilliant gameplay
That lttb round is really my usual experience with light tanks, except: enemies don't show that much side on the hill, my team melts much faster, there is no afk light tank to farm dmg. But same here
You usually get top damage and almost get kolobanovs on himmelsdorf? 😮
That game is my usual experience too, except I am the enemy ELC, but playing.

HWK 12 is fantastic and my favorite followed closely by BC. I think the HWK 12 is one of the most underrated tanks in the game.

My personal favorite LT is the MT-25 I believe it is called. It's got decent speed, two good guns, and troll armor that will bounce a tiger 2 shell sometimes
And if you get dirty, you flip it over and take a bath. My favourite light is the Bourrasque, and #2 is the AMX ELC Bis.

@@exoticdachoo007 Yes it is awesome :D I always played with the 90mm, in spite of the previous gun being better. It is the only tank I ever bothered to 3-mark.
@@MorningNapalm I always used the 90mm, since it allows you to unexpectedly carry tier 7 games if a stalemate strikes, since it hits like a Tiger and has concealment of an e25

Skill why not use more HE on LTTB? You get 300 damage, perfect for Lights, arties, and sides of AMX-es.
It never ceases to amaze me how folks get into this game assume that a light tank needs to run to the other side of the map and start shooting at the enemy nothing could be further from the truth light tank should be sitting in a hiding spot in a Ford observing location spotting tanks and having their teammates shoot them for them The minute that light tank shoots his gun he's wasted his camo profile
This would be my choice as well. I have all 3 tanks still, and play them occasionally
Kind of mystified by the 121B and Char Futur dying to the arty and scorpion G on the left flank in the lttb game. Watching this on a small tablet so can't really see the end results for those 2 mediums. Good games Skill.
Its me in the arty and I could explain. The scorpion was a 3hit from 121b, after he took the second shot, I've decided to take one and shielded him. Stunned the 121b and teammate finished him afterwards. When it comes to futur i don't know what really happened. Luck i guess, I stuned him when he was peaking and t95 finished him right after. He knew I'm here but his turret was aiming towards the cap so maybe he was shocked I was still there dunno. :)
@Lolerweron 89 Sounds like smart play on your part. Were you plattooned with the scorpion? Great job working together. Himmelsdorf is not an easy map for arty. Well done. It's hard to say definitively but it seems that net exchange made a big difference for your team. Like I said, I'll have to wait until I can watch it on my desktop and look at the results.
Just curious if you stayed to watch the end of the battle? Skill was digging into his bag of tricks and making headway. Interesting battle, cheers.

Most of light tanks are ok in city maps. In open maps ELC is just a beast. It's like 9 tier spotter

Skill remeber that hard mission to spot 2.5k and do 1.8k damage , u did it in the first game ,and am still stuck in it
you will get it done. the best way to do missions is to forget about them. sounds stupid but you play worse when you think to much. Find a light tank you really like, put best crew/equipment in and watch replays.

I'm trying to get the 3d mark on the BC 12T, but on 600 battles, I am 99% of the time bottom tier (like litteraly last one) with Tier 10, playing against premium lights (ELC, LT 432, HWK 30), in city maps, outspotted and killed by Bourrasques. Oh, the horror. (T3T)

I was surprised that HWK 12 was not your choice #2. It can spank with it. You have good HE for other lights. It accelerate quickly. Only drawback of HWK 12 is low shell velocity and RU 251.

Be honest with them Skill. No tech tree tier 8 light tank stands a chance against ELC EVEN 90, LT-432 and EBR 75 FL 10. They will get out spotted every game if the players playing them are remotely good at them. Sadly, the light tank gameplay is isn't fun since the game has become a hull down meta.
Having Lt432, ebr, elc, bourrasque... Why would someone think about playing a tech tree T8 light tank...

I remember loads of people complaining that the BC 12t isn't as good as the old tier 8 AMX 13 90. Now, here we are.
it's not. even the current tier 9 amx 1390 isn't as good as the old tier 8 1390.
@@cbop2428 lol. The only thing the old 1390 had going for it was 1440 clip damage, but you never actually got to use that. Usually, you'd fire a couple shots here and there, and then you had to reload for 40s. Current 1390 has half the reload, better pen, better aim time, better intra-clip, _way_ better dispersion values, better shell velocity, and better power-to-weight ratio. Even the BC 12t has the same standard pen, unloads faster, reloads in less than half the time, higher top speed, far better power-to-weight, far better dispersion, and better aim time.

This LTTB is one hundred times more accurate than my Grille 15.
Why would you expect the Grille 15 to be accurate? Its base accuracy and aim time are good, but its dispersion values of 0.26/0.30/0.40 are terrible. In contrast, the KV-2 has dispersion values of 0.26/0.26/0.15 with its deep gun. The Grille has really bad gun handling.

great game in the bc12t. Studzianki is not the greatest map for lights and that crew you had only had situational awareness and not even bia
I keep getting good games on that map, all you have to do is take that middle bush and you’re booming
first 2 tanks yes they are great but i hated the hawk so bd i sold it before i got enough exp to research the RU it was the worst light tank ever

Cannot agree with HWK at all. I actually think it is one of those tanks WG has put in the tree to milk us, as basically skipping the entire line to the RU with free XP is what makes the most sense. Those German lights are just pathetic until RU.
Mostly agree, but I gotta say I love my HWK 30 (T8 premium). It's almost exactly like playing a RU at tier 8. They're so close that Skill called the HWK 30 that got banged at 17:47 a RU 😄
Elc might be best scout on tier VIII , but it’s mostly played by worst players ever so it’s easy target

With all due respect for Skill's choice, I am afraid all tech tree tier 8 LTs are getting totally out-classed by their premium tier 8 counterparts. For instance, BC12t will get completely out-spotted by ELC EVEN 90 or totally out-gunned by LT-432, etc. It's actually sad the game at tier 8 has degenerated to such an unbalanced state between premium and tech tree tier 8s....

Skill, dont buy microphones from non-audio brands. Buy from Shure, AKG, Audio Technica. Don't waste money on Logitech, Razer, etc.
Sounds fine to me, even before Skill bought a new mic. Maybe you are using output devices with frequency response graphs that don't mix well with Skill's mic's output. I always either buy stuff that already comports to the Harman curve, or equalise system wide to it.
