SCP - 999999, also known as "Cadet" / Non-Canon
OBJECT CLASS: SAFE
DESCRIPTION: This SCP is a former SD member and he uses an M4A1. He's in safe class but be careful. If he sees Sector 3, he is gonna try to go in and annoy people. Only thing to keep him away from Sector 3 is death. Don't try to speak with him because he can't speak. He's gaining power from Sector 3 so better be contain him at Sector 2.

In the north-east corner of Arkley County, the woods around the region transition into overgrown cliffs, hills, and naturally formed valleys that dot the landscape almost like a maze. At the foot of all this elevated terrain rests a small village. Its existence is relatively recent, appearing around 2039 as many refugees flocked to the region. Though it only has one barn and two cabins, it is the largest plot of agricultural land for miles, making it naturally desirable for tradesmen or drifters searching for food and work. As such, anyone could recognize the potential value this farming village has. Any move made on it would signify desire for control and power over the region.
On a bright morning stragglers watched as men dressed in United States military uniforms marched into eastern village armed to the teeth. They introduced themselves as the Evergreen Pact and called for citizens to gather around them. As people gathered a camouflaged officer stepped forward and announced through a lengthy speech that the village would now be under the protection of the Pact. Any major assault against the town would be met with all their might. In exchange, the Evergreen Pact demanded that they regularly be supplied with food and livestock. The citizens seemed unsure and indifferent. Some appreciated the guarantee of defense while others were cautious about giving up food. Either way, few protested as the military remnants stuck around to answer questions. Afterwards, they departed.
Whether the Pact actually intends to support the farm remains unknown. As per the "agreement", none of their men have been stationed there. In the event of a significant attack, they are to come as quickly as possible. Life in the village has continued regularly, but some grow wary that this is a harbinger of things to come.

@@beanclan12345 yes man not all cadets are stupid i trained some and they were good yes but true and the annoying part is that the prisoners escape very quickly there's no guard in the area to watch the prisoners
@@Tarotbysangeeta fr, CD and CI need to be nerfed. They need a limit, because it's so fucking annoying when 1/3 of the server is CI or CD.
