I agree, I simply don't understand you're too busy for a "few days" so the kittens remain dirty, surely it doesn't take that long? Plus that's unacceptable behaviour from a kitten (Tom) - you need to sort that or give to someone else to look after.
Is there any soft bed or towels or such to sleep on? Look like they curl up on floor... That ather kitten had a very scared behavior to you! You cant just have them for comments and likes!!

I have a problem with this. Tom is not "a bad boy" he is just a kitten that probably does not know better. I watched this kittens from the first video you made about them. I raise kittens myself (sadly none currently). but I have a big prblem with the way they are fed. when they are small I learned you need to make sure they swallow - yours seem fine. Kittens use to do "muffins" when they are feeling content and when they aredrinking from their mom - it helps the mom produce more milk if the kittens stimulate her with their tiny paws. I thend to either wear a furry glove for the feeding hand, so the scratching is not as bad, but then I prefer my kittens to have something warm uder them and maybe even crade or "purrito" them. also, as someone else alreadymentioned... It would be great to n´know if you sort od groom them besides feeding and maybe play with them now they are a bit older. I am sort of envious that I can't just find kittens and have tp rely on organizations who get thwm to let me raise them.

Try a rolled up wash cloth so they have something to dig their nails into and it stabilizes them which calms them down to drink.
