It’s really heartbreaking to see how inflation and recession impact low-income families. The cost of living keeps rising, and many struggle just to meet basic needs, let alone save or invest. It’s a reminder of the importance of finding ways to create financial opportunities. You've helped me a lot sir Brian! Imagine i invested $50,000 and received $190,500 after 14 days
I am back on the market and have returned to Kristina’s enlightening podcasts for everything housing market related. So happy to see her thriving, her channel is a MUST for everyone house hunting but especially for FTHBs!!!!!!🎉🎉🎉
This just shows that date the rate marry rhe house is so wrong and higher rates are here for the longer. People do not give in to the pressure from realtors and lenders. Buy when it makes sense.
"FATE Of The 2025 Housing Market Will Be Decided By Interest Rates" I know that's true in my case, as the rate is my biggest obstacle (as I won't be buying my house cash, will need to carry a mortgage). The stubbornly higher interest rates nowadays -- even though home prices are falling (even if slowly) -- only make sense if home prices were HALF of that they are today. I can afford quite a few houses -- even in my market-of-interest (expensive Colorado) IF the interest rate wasn't as high as it is now. For me, it needs to go down by at least half or house prices need to go down by half. Otherwise, I'll remain a renter until they do, or remain one indefinitely. I won't buy overpriced/artificially-inflated/over-valued anything, let alone homes. Now, if BOTH go down that'd be heaven (figuratively speaking). At least it would be for home BUYERS, not so much for SELLERS I guess. ;-) -- BR
Don't simply retire from something; have something to retire to. Start saving, keep saving, and stick to investments.

Absolutely! Profits are possible, especially now, but complex transactions should be handled by experienced market professionals.
