The encircling serpent is indicative of [Raja] Yoga and the awakened Kundalini Shakti, while the swan in the picture stands for Paramatman (Supreme Self)."... That's deep!

Is the dark circle around the Mission's order logo beehind you the Ouroboros? Or do I need new glasses?
I believe that was a mistake by the artist (seems hand-drawn). Also, probably the artist didn't ponder over the symbolism that a dark circle may have.
