I think hold out challenge where they have to kill you. To make sure everyone can eventually, just limit yourself to X workers total. Like you're not allowed to have more than 25 workers. Even Silver should eventually be able to crack you after they macro up for long enough. Whoever kills you the fastest wins.

Why does uThermal always bring up the engi bay before barracks when he places the barracks?

I believe it has something to do with proper placement of the structure he wants to build. The engineering bay has a lower mineral cost than the barracks but the same size on the map.
