There is a part of life to dedicate to necessary things. Meditation helps me in many ways. Exercise is also meditation for me. Working hard is also meditation for me. Giving time to my family is also meditation for me. Relationship is meditation. Reading book is meditation. Enhancing social skills is meditation. Singing is meditation for me. There is no point of leaving everything and just meditating but there is a point of meditating and seeing everything as meditation. You come in flow, you are least distracted. You begin to pursue everything with underlying wisdom.
