My opinion on this topic. You be a top team it has to have mutil things for example if you have only want certain birds to play big game could happen if only 1 camp rasies birds. If you have 10 person team and if all raise birds in different yard wont happen cause they have different opinions on birds. Opinions is a big issuse thats why most team break up. Like you said if team vote only then maybe 1 person raise the flock only the rest just wait to put money. Leadership plays a huge part in the word team if you lack that wont work. Top teams play any pot they have birds for any size pot small to big. At the end of the day does the team have the same goal and same opinions if not that team wont last
You will have to treat QAIB TEAM just like a FAMILY or a GANG. You will have to follows rules & regulations/street code in order to respect each and everyone own opinion with equal rights, and actually understanding yours own partner/team. Eat with your brothers, The hustle is against poverty not friendship/team 💯🏆
