The outlaw axle back high clearance exhaust also picked up 1.5 mpg on my Bronco.

      Do you have a sasquatch?

@@JacobRDoty no, but tires and wheels make a huge difference in mpg as well. With my 33.5 inch M/T's, I lose almost 2 mpg, but with the Flowmaster High Clearance Axle Back exhaust and stock OBX rims/tires, I have averaged 22.5 mpg with an average speed of 70-75 mph (including fuel stops). My best run to date was 23.5 mpg with that setup over a 365 mile trip from San Angelo, TX to Corpus Christi, TX. Like I said, routinely getting 22.5 mpg with that setup at over 75 MPH (typically running around 80 MPH).

The American Thunder sounds better for a daily driver. Your dads Outlaw one sounds great and for all the events you do I think that one is a good choice.

just installed mine on my 2.3 and i love it, the acceleration is faster also. However i do have Roush intake. My concern is the rust people talking about. How is yours holding up ?

I'm not a fan of either. I prefer the Magnaflow Overland style muffler. I was able to duplicate it for about $300 at my local exhaust shop. a little deeper tone and feel, but not too loud.

I'd got that one if it came twin pipe from the factory, their price is somewhat step to then add extra labor cost and time to get it were I want and definetely voiding warantee

@shailynortiz you're not voiding any warranty. An exhaust shop can docit with twin pipes if you want to, but why on an offroad vehicle? I gained a bunch of clearance out back with the setup I did.

Anyone who believes an axle back is giving you 19whp might as well use stickers for more hp too

So your bronco won't achieve 60-70 mph? You need to take that back, with the limiter removed, mine hit 168 mph with a tune and filter.

Thunder is better for sure! Outlaw sounded a bit much but not in a good way.
