- Teitie and Nanna, two sisters from Cape Town, skyrocketed to fame on TikTok with their engaging cooking videos, capturing the hearts of millions with their delightful recipes and sisterly chemistry. Their authentic and joyful approach to cooking has transcended social media, earning them a spot on television with their own show. However, their journey to success was not as seamless as it appears online. On this podcast episode, Teitie and Nanna open up about the challenges and obstacles they faced behind the scenes. Their story, a mix of hard work, perseverance, and the inevitable ups and downs of viral fame, reveals the reality behind their infectious smiles and delicious dishes. It's a narrative of resilience, a testament to the strength of family bonds, and a reminder that the path to achieving one's dreams is often fraught with challenges.

Wow I can relate to the trouble in paradise situation 100%. After 33 years I am still in that situation in my marriage, always alert and ready when one can see that trouble is looming ahead. I've gone through every abuse possible and tried to take my life thrice, but after the 3rd time, I came to the realization that he is not worth my life because tomorrow he will just walk into another relationship. So now we live past each other under the same roof.
