Has the Mystery of the Jetpack Flyer Been Solved?

- Has the mystery of the 'jet pack man' sightings reported near Los Angeles International Airport finally been solved? Investigators now believe the elusive “jet pack man” spotted by several pilots may have actually been large balloons all along. Just-released video from an LAPD helicopter appears to show what the mysterious object in the sky really is - a Jack Skellington balloon - the spooky character from Tim Burton’s “The Nightmare Before Christmas.”
The perfect cover story for classified experiments
Agreed
You right
Mhmm
My guy said a balloon. What 7ft ballon goes flying across that ship like that at such high speeds .
Exactly!!!
As a former air force pilot I can tell you that an experienced pilot would never confuse a balloon for an actual human in a jet pack. Just absurd.
My first thought was- the videos they showed prior to this story were clearly human beings using a jet pack. So yeah- no pilot would or could ever confuse a human or balloon.
@@rockyrox4591 exactly. They’re just insulting peoples intelligence at this point.
And the video near the end shows a jetpack (or something of that nature) moving at high speeds, much faster than the wind proving that it is powered flight.
And as a student pilot, I can tell you that I'm definitely dumb and inexperienced enough to confuse a balloon for a person

It could be a custom built one. Kinda like a small toy flyable airplane but built way bigger to look like a person I’ve seen something like it online
Jetpack man was literally flying through the air lol. The balloon was staying in one spot.

This was solved years ago. It was my uncle who was constantly late for work. He invented the jetpack to beat rush hour traffic. The inspiration came from when he was younger and enjoyed playing GTA San Andreas.
So years later, he preformed the following dance in his garage:
Left, Right, L1, L2, R1, R2, Up, Down, Left, Right and bingo, he was able to get airborne.
What if they're baiting the person with a real jet pack to do it again. Basically comparing him to a $20 dollar balloon. FBI is playing chess.
I love how the pilot was so on board with it right away and he's like ok were looking for iron man loool
Lol
@Michelle ???
it wasnt the pilot
it was from the air traffic control
@Michelle
You're weird
When the FAA and the Media say this is totally not a Jetpack...
That translates to it is a Jetpack
Jetpacks can't go thst high.
It's something most wouldn't believe
I highly doubt that a light object would fly horizontally that fast and still maintain upright position
Just tie a small rock or something so the feet will be more heavy than the head
When a light object like that goes at the same speed as the wind, it airspeed is 0 mph and wind have almost no effect on it since the object travel with the wind. Simple physics 101
@@gnad8594 This tipsy balloon man 1:24 disagrees because of air turbulence, not in a vacuum environment
Because it's not flying horizontally that fast. The pilot is.
So someday when jet packs really exist, everyone still going to believe that it's just Jack Skellington filled up with helium
Maybe from a distance if both were holding still they'd look the same, but, the movements of the jetpack man would be entirely different and I don't think pilots would confuse the 2.

I can understand why someone could mistake that Balloon. But it looks like that "balloon"🤔 is moving in a strat line and pretty fast, much faster then a Balloon raising. They also said Roswell was a balloon lols 😆 😂
Lol
Right when they said it was that tiny balloon, I was like no tf it’s not, the sighting was much thicker than those tiny thin legs and arms wtf
Its not moving, the plane/heli is moving. Just looks like that to us.
Roswell was an Alien Balloon
Actually, I disagree. One of them looked like it had propulsion moving it in a straight line which is not how those balloons move. One of the videos could have been a balloon but I've seen others that I really don't think so, like the one-shot by the flight instructor which looked like it was moving with propulsion in a controlled path. Yes air currents and the illusion of opposite movement that you can see when you look at a slower or stationary object from a faster-moving one could give the appearance of propulsion, but you see a straight person in the videos, which would not happen with those balloons as the humanoid ones have limbs that move independently with air currents, which you don't see but there's also the fact that no balloon will stay straight up and down in an air current without some kind of force to counter the sideways movement that will send it off-kilter and in the video we see a straight humanoid form moving with speed in a similar direction to the Pov of the videographer or even away in a different direction all together which negates the opposite movement illusion
lmao jetpack man
I completely agree my friend, you took the words right out of my mouth!
I guess it's true; great minds do think alike. 🙂
The thing that’s bothering me is that everyone is so chill & nonchalant about a jet pack. Is that a thing that idk about ? I didn’t know they existed outside of GTA San Andreas

If this is a helium balloon it should be traveling more vertically not horizontal. for 4 years now I have recorded over 1000 videos of these objects in the air of los angeles. Something odd is going on.

I think the balloon has some scaffolding and a drone
Could be the recorder traveling faster,
@@Frank-wr2nf That would have to be a really strong drone and well made scaffolding.
@@Johnnyy832 I mean the balloon is light, acting as negative mass with it’s buoyancy, and you could put some thin wire scaffolding. I don’t know how you explain the consistent lateral movement otherwise, unless the balloon was at equilibrium. That wouldn’t be too hard to calculate the altitude at which that would happen
@@Frank-wr2nf But the ballon has a large area, therefore air resistance value would be high. Therefore the object would require something strong to prevent it from going diagonal. Therefore for that to be a drone and to travel at that speed, it would require a strong drone and strong materials to keep upright.
How do know it’s not a man dressed IN a Jack Skeleton costume and flying with a jet pack?!!

That's made me crack up.thats funny.

The Jetpack man is just trying to throw off the FAA by doing the balloons. Now pilots will assume it is just a balloon and stop calling it in as a jetpack. Jetpack man is now free to roam the skies with no chance of being reported. Well played.
If a balloon can cause mass hysteria then imagine what smoke and mirrors war they have coming up.
I don’t think the balloons skinny arms accurately represent the jet man in the video
Yeah, that balloon floating by looks IDENTICAL to a man with a jet pack going 40 miles per hour. Totes.
Ah yeah that clip was definitely a jet pack no balloon can move that fast and even if it's the wind the balloon would be moving awkwardly
This is on par with the Jimmy John’s delivery guy where they went as far as ordering the food for themselves! 😂
How is a balloon meant to go so fast that a pilot could see it next to him
When you're taking too much heat and need a quick believable scapegoat so you can continue jetpacking in peace 😂
Explain the pilot’s seeing so called jet pack men flying past aircraft’s at extremely fast rates that would be impossible

If you watch the footage, you'll see that the "balloon" is flying at about the same speed as the plane. And the balloon in the other video with the green field is, without a doubt, a balloon. A balloon does not move at nearly the same speed as an aircraft, nor does it fly at nearly the same speed as a plane.
There is no way a balloon is responsible for all the sightings. I mean that is statistical impossible unless someone has the weirdest compulsion of all time.

I too recall those tests!! Excellent point.
Not sure if any of you have released a balloon in the sky, but they go upwards. No matter the wind pattern, it will always ascend. So, how would this object be moving laterally, if it’s just a helium filled balloon.
