Nine Year Old Setting The Tone For the School Year

Voca prepared an inspirational speech to welcome the staff, counselors, teachers, school board members and administrators back to school. The Superintendent asked her to prepare a presentation with the theme of "Believe". Voca had two days to prepare her unique and inspirational speech. The audience was surprised to see and hear a nine year present such a genuine and touching presention.
