This new combo RIPS!!! It's going to be even more epic now that I have the belt tightened to the correct spec. I'm thinking about doing a back to back climb rate comparison with my Scout/Factory R/Two Blade Helix VS. the Maverick/Factory/Three Blade E-Prop. What are your thoughts? What would you like to see me do with this new motor?
Yes I agree. You could film your garage build and put it on your other channel. Likewise were you still intending to post a video on your computer build to the uncut channel? Awesome sexy new paramotor setup!
Tucker, man, I about spit my coffee out when your friends were asking why your deck is so small. Remember, it's not a matter of how small your deck is, it's matter of how much fun you have on it.
I would enjoy this, however... The last Icatus race in the US was an Icarus X in January 2018. The last Icarus race held was Icarus X UK in Jun 2019. I hope Icarus will return when covid is over, but at this point, who knows...
As Tehee and The One pointed out, if it's not possible to do it in the US, may it be covid or simply scheduling, at any rate it would awesome to see a journey type of adventure again. The day-to-day planning and various scenery was such a joy to watch and I'm sure other viewers feel the same.
Dude ... you're so good at this, you're gonna get a lot of people crumpled. You make these take-offs and landings look too easy and too fun. But there's tons of experience behind all you do. You've got me thinking about it though :)
Great video, Tucker. I had NO idea a simple guitar tuner was all that's needed to "tune-up" an engine's belt! By the way, 440, is middle "A" on a piano.
I did order a shirt. I went one size up from what I normally wear. It fits perfectly. I think I'll hand wash it so it doesn't fad or shrink. We'll you have four motors, and I have about 30 RC planes, you're right, you like them all for different reasons. I'm so hoping to learn paramotoring sometime this summer.
Congrats on the MT10 in addition to the insane paramotor rig, I would LOVE paramotoring if I was younger (turning 50 this year), BUT I do ride m/c's still. I've got a 2013 Ducati Multistrada 1200S Granturismo......it is an insane bike in itself.
I am by no means a parameter guy. But I have to say the takeoff acceleration is amazing. You did a really good job building this rig Tucker. I had no idea they could be built to go that quick.
"Tuned up" and ready to rip. That set-up looks like an awesome combo. The deck turned out nice. A comparison with the scout/factory R would be cool to see. Throw in some max speed and fuel burn for good measure.
Tucker you have GOT to get a harness and a leash for you cat. She might not be down to go on a walk with you, but you can always bring her out on the leash with you on the deck! It will be so much fun just trust me on this one.
Just found this amazing channel a few days ago and I'm already checking out some paramotors to buy. It sucks that here in Brazil the sport is not that common, so it won't be easy to find some good ones for sale. But I'll find something and then I'll be flying nonstop!
Great job with your patio👍 I enjoyed the flight very much🙂 It was interesting to see how you adjust your Paramotor belt by its tone🙂 You have quite a fleet of Paramotor's Tucker, maybe it's about time to start your own flight school👍🙂
just wanted to thank you for the merch. finally broke and sprung for some during the recent weekend promo. printing on the shirt is top notch! everything packed very well! Risky sticker waiting to be applied to the focus mobile! no blueprint sticker but awell. 10/10 would recommend! Hopefully here later on this spring ill be hitting yah up for a training wing and harness!
IA AM SO PROUD FOR YOU! I wish I could afford a kit sooooo badly. I would plan a SUPER LONG TOUR/RIDE. I would need Corporate Sponsors and plan the huge trip details. I would need a tour partner willing to go as well.
an occasional lightly cut flight would be cool. jus pure environment noises and long uncut parts of the flight like 1minute-5minutes per part uncut to get a more connected feel to the flight. great work keep it up
Awesome new rig! and Hell yes that mt 10 is and absolute monster! 3rd gear about 6k give her a good little blip and the front wheel just floats on up. And that sound dont get me started haha!
"Pegged": to max out, comes from "the needle is pegged" as in the tachometer needle is touching the max limit peg and she just can't give you any more.
Stalling - I believe its posiible to stall your wing under full power, as when the angle of attack increases, although the rate of climb is higher the airspeed drops. I.e. when you cane the throttle, you move forwards relative to the wing, you point upwards, so the thrust points up. If you were to go far enough, you would be level with the wing (not possible I know) but as you approach that the wing can stall. Did you experience anything like that?? Or did yo just have enough power to blow your pants off!?
I'm here for all the things... maybe create a 2nd channel where you put home improvement or non-paramotor things? Congrats on the MT-10! I have an FZ-07 which I totally love.
Hey Tucker. Great channel! I was seriously considering getting involved with this, but lost most of my vision in one eye due to a sudden loss of blood pressure to the optic nerve. I decided to buy another sailboat for blue water cruising instead. Should be almost as much fun. My question and request is this..... Can you or will you do a video on deployment of your reserve shoot?
am i the only person who really likes watching these videos online but would never actually do it? i don’t got the balls for this haha i’m terrified of heights
I've heard a couple pilots say they are scared of heights but still fly. There is a difference for at least some people. I'm not "fond" of heights, but flying doesn't bother me.
I'm actually quite scared of heights too, and yet it hardly affects me when I am flying (paramotoring). I can't really explain that quirk of psychology, and it baffles my wife!
I wish I found this hobby 20 years ago. Now my back is shot. No way I can fly this thing even if I got a free motor and training. Maybe I'll try this in another life. A word of wisdom for the younger guys: Don't wait to try new things. Life is way too short. Enjoy your life while you can.
@@andrewevanoff1192 Yeah. I was 42 when I went to school and learned. Wished I had done it sooner but at least I'm flying. You could look into trikes and quads. My plan is to switch to that when my body can't do foot launching anymore.
So right now you have the same or similar motor on the Scout and the Maverick. How would you compare the two? Weight, torque, seat comfort, vibration, cool factor, what else?
I would like to know if the belt was loose and getting looser because that's what new belts do or because the nut wasn't tight enough and was slipping?
OK Aviation and Kitties, it does not get any better than that. Just an idea but whilst on your DIY mission you could make a meshed off play area with a cat flap so your furrball could go outside to hiss at strays all she wants. If you followed 'Talking kittycat' channel you'll know what I mean. Steve (R. I. P) made one for his kitties.
It the belt was loose after that run, I wonder if the belt is still worthy. Like could it have unequally worn spots, or an inconsistent thicknesses ? And would it even matter at that tension anyhow ?

Cool
Yes
That’s a sexy paramotor.
Hi
Absolutely 👊
Thanks for including your kitty, my kitty Wade which looks just like yours likes to see her.
I went paragliding last week; it was life changing! Absolutely loved it!! I see why you do this so much
Someone has been missing from your videos lately....
😔
Thats A440Hz which is International standard pitch ( A above middle C !! ) Your kite is in tune Tucker ! Go easy. Thanks
She revs so hard!!!
I know you said you’re not a home improvement channel but I would be for an “off the ranch” style Tucker Gott channel
Totally agreed!
Yes I agree. You could film your garage build and put it on your other channel. Likewise were you still intending to post a video on your computer build to the uncut channel? Awesome sexy new paramotor setup!
I'd buy a couple of the Adirondack chairs, be it they are built to fit me

You were so proud of yourself with the deck reduction pun!
You know you have a great rate of climb when your ears pop.
My ears are popping just watching this.
Please do another Icarus race or something similar. It's the best playlist, and beautiful scenery.
I don’t think they can do Icarus in the US anymore but maybe a different cross country race could be planned
I would enjoy this, however...
The last Icatus race in the US was an Icarus X in January 2018. The last Icarus race held was Icarus X UK in Jun 2019.

I enjoyed Icarus and the Bahamas. It would be interesting to see a cross country on Big Bertha.
Deck Reduction surgery... but you trimmed the bushes to make it seem bigger? ;)
Haha Been playing guitar all my life and didn't know there was a Paramotor use for my tuner.
440hz key of A.
Happy Birthday Brother! Best content on TH-cam hands down! Keep doing you Bro!
Good to see the term "wind dummy" still in use, as in when we were flying hang gliders in the early '70's!
She's a beast that climb rate is insane near vertical 😅
Classic. Thanks for sharing with us; deck, fleet, bike. Very cool. Blue skies. - Ben
dude your skill on these are on point you fly like a boss

Tucker, I'm LOVING the SOUND of that thing!!!!
It will be great to hear what exactly do you love about each particular motor you own and which one you'd pick if you'd have to keep only one of them.
3:42 love it
Tucker! This one gave me goosebumps on first take off!
Great video, Tucker. I had NO idea a simple guitar tuner was all that's needed to "tune-up" an engine's belt! By the way, 440, is middle "A" on a piano.

Get a little cage fitted on your deck. Good to keep out bugs and the cat can get unsupervised air intake. Great channel

Awesome job, Tucker!
Gotta love those "Old Factories". They are very distinctive. And they smell amazing.
Nice on the quick belt slippage procedure. Nice skills to have as an owner!!!
Coincidentally 440 Hertz is the frequency that a regular guitar tuner is set at to achieve normal tuning so you can play music with that thing bro!
I usually like the tunes on your vids, but today they're awesome 🤘
You have mastered the art of paragliding

The ending clip pose😂👌

I'd love to fly a paramotor myself, but the regulations in Germany are so strict, it's not worth it.
The house looks great!!
Tucker...I'm in the market to (1) learn how to fly a paramotor and (2) buy a paramotor. Have any suggestions on where to get started in my quest?
