Awesome video. Thank you for sharing. I was taught the same way you displayed. The man that taught me used the spray olive oil instead of the liquid version. Worked out really well.
My favorite toppings are the meat lovers pizza with extra cheese and jalapeños! Meat lovers being, pepperoni, sausage, hamburger, canadian bacon. I also like to throw a little twist to my meat lovers by crunching up bacon and adding a cajun style to it by adding andoulle sausage. My favorite meat lovers. You should try it sometime.
Well, "pizza Napoletana" originated in the 18th century (ie 1700's), as such it was either made from sourdough (most likely) or spent brewers yeast. So much different from your recipe.
Yes going to have to try it. Looks delicious. Pretty nice pizza 🍕 oven.
Thanks, Susie. I'll be making this dough for my Pizza oven. Love Neapolitan style crust.

Looks like a great way of making dough. Been making pizzas on the grille from some time now and am always trying different dough recipes. Thanks.
That dough looks like it made a great pizza. We have a wood fired pizza oven that this will be great for

Extra I would make yummy garlic butter bread sticks
Can you sift regular flour?
Yummy
Have you ever used bread flour I’ve heard that’s want the New Haven area uses for their pizza dough.
What about freezing the dough? Is there a process for thaw or does that make it harder to work with? Best to refrigerate over night?
So I did three of them and put them in the fridge yesterday at 3pm as of the next day at 10:30 am they look no different then when I put them in?
Could you explain what I may have done wrong? Thanks

What can you do with extra dough? How long will it keep, or can you freeze it?
Freezing it can work!
Can you make your ideal meat lovers pizza? Only using the grill
Use metric in the lab and kitchen!!!
Been making pizza for 15 years plus and this dough was 2 sticky. I won't use this again
