True about the Raman Noodles compared to America.I like the korean noodles the best,thats what i buy.Also Indonesia "Knocckers" candy bar is a nice substitute for snickers,much cheaper.
I have tasted many instant noodles from many asian countries and some european countries too but in my opinion, no instant noodles comparable to Indonesian instant noodles when it comes to the taste and this was confirmed by many of my african and middle eastern friends who are living in Europe and never visited Indonesia. Indomie is very famous in Africa and Middle East.

This was really cool. I have questions. First when I went to Italy, coke there was so different than the states. It was sweeter and more syrupy and came in a much smaller can. Is coke there the same as the states different? Do you all find that you eat differently than you would in the states or pretty much the same? Sorry our son is sick. Are stomach bugs common over there like over here? I really liked the convenience store...wow so many things. I would love to try the romaine noodles over there. Is there a way to buy that kind or do they sell them in the states.

what kind of car was that. That is something else I noticed when I got to go to Italy..my only trip out of the states...was that cars were much smaller and compact and you did not see all the big vehicles like we have over here. Pretty economical I think. I want to show my son the bean burrito as he loves burritos and does all the cooking. Love the place you live at too.

Your tolerance for spiciness puts me to shame. Btw, Pocari Sweat is good for hydration, as it has electrolytes. It helped me when I had bouts of food poisoning in Jakarta.

its so weird to think that westerner love to eat asian foods such as nasi goreng, sate, babi guling etc. while asian "Indonesian" trying to live like westerner by having western style breakfast like cheese and bread. that's irony
Not really an irony. It's just taste things. Durian, for example, is a popular fruit here in Indonesia, although there are many Indonesians who hates to even smell it, while there are some "bule" who are very fond of durian, although many of "bule" hate it. So, its just a matter of personal taste, really, in my opinion.
I'm Indonesian, btw, and I like burgers, pizzas, lasagnas, kebabs, as well as nasi goreng, sate, lotek, gado-gado, and durian ftw.
