Iv let mine over grow, sheer laziness at the time but I'm so glad I did I have beautiful yellow flowers and now, thanks to your video , I'm able to collect the seeds ❤ quite a few flies, I'm excited, your video is great really informative, thanks you ❤
Mmmm...Parsnips. Honey-brushed and roasted, mashed with carrot and butter, chopped up in a stew.... Mmmm parsnips.... Addendum: Forgot to say. My parsnips had gone to seed so, I wanted to know how to save them. I typed in: how to gather parsnip seeds, and! Voila! You were at the top of the list. I got everything I wanted from your list: How to, when to, what to look for, how to collect, how to store, when to plant. Excellent vid. Additional: Hi from England. I have had to wait until I hit disability and sixty-odd years to discover the joys of producing my own food, etc. I love videos llike this and yours, I may say, is one of the best. PS I know its a year on but, did the goats escape? They were'nt in the next shot 😀
I love your enthusiasm, thanks for the great tips, I've got some parsnips in the ground but I don't think they are going to seed any time soon. Keep on keeping on💚
@@RootedRevival it's never crossed my mind. I've grown up and grown old loving roast parsnips. But I'm always prepared to try anything. As the jungle of a garden has been recovered since moving in, I'm now hoping to get it planted out next year, with parsnips being one of the crops, then I'll have a try of crisped parsnips.
In the uk we eat parsnips with our roast dinners. They’re lovely
I was just thinking about y'all and realized we hadn't seen you for a long while. So just sending some care your way.

Roast parsnips are so delicious.
One of my favorite winter snacks! Have you tried making them like potato chips? Also delicious!

Always here for Stanley's heavy breathing.

Yeah, I wish we could have the same…
