No Bake Tiramisu I Only 6 Ingredients

Very simple recipe to cure any tiramisu craving!
Recipe:
Whipping cream (I like the one from Trader Joes!)
Mascarpone cheese
Vanilla extract (just a splash)
Lady Finger cookies
Cold coffee
Sugar (optional)
Cream:mascarpone 1:1 ratio
