PRESIDENT QUIRINO HYMN
From the municipality of Buluan, Cotabato rise seventeen barangays.
Occupied by the race of Ilocano, sprung from Northern Luzon. Forward and brave the leaders stand, to give a name into his land, but their hopes and dreams never come true, when it was caught by the rule of Martial law.
In the year 1973, there’s a creation of another municipality in the province of Sultan Kudarat, named after the great Elpidio Quirino.
