👌👏 I am not sure whether he meant it consciously. Yes, cleaning used utensils is infact a therapy (infact, cleaning anything, but, it should also not become a phobia). One will feel a sense of happiness, successful feeling, satisfaction, completion & emptiness inside post doing same (even, incase if it is felt painful while doing, also, if it is not done whole heartedly or joyfully). Also, this is the secret behind Pooja Rituals, what one does outside, it is also done inside, that is, the same impact gets created inside.
