So brave to speak about it, Kirk. Well done. When you said you work for Mace, I sat right up. I did too. There is some great support but that is a hard hard job to do. Hope your girl's OK now

Heads Together is doing amazing things in Mental health illnesses. Thank you for starting such awesome foundations for a cause that goes untreated and unrecognized by too many.

It is so heartwarming to see the love of a father for his daughter. I once had a father who loved me in the same way....he set the mark that helps me recognize true love when/if it is present in someone else's actions. I am actually starting to believe that milder cases of mental health that usually occur around a tragedy are really normal human responses to feeling the absence of love. If you don't suffer after such heart-wrenching events, it is as if you have lost your humanity and have given in to just being an organic robot that only performs what it is programmed to do. If you are a semi-trekkie like me and remember Data from Star Trek - The Next Generation, you might remember his quest to be human. In one episode, he got his wish and was upgraded with the emotion "chip." Needless to say he totally freaked out. He said something like, 'How do you people live this way' Haha....welcome to my world, Data. Emotional sadness/depression/trauma is so debilitating.....it ruins your career, your ability to make sound decisions, your relationships with everyone, it is invisible pain and surviving life itself takes up all your energy. The only way I knew to survive was to cling to my faith in a good and loving God and remember the Christian faith that was taught to me since birth. My faith in Jesus was my lifeline.

At 1:37 there is a unsecured compressed gas cylinder that could cause a serious accident and is also a serious safety violation in the U.S.
