With all due respect sir. I will a bit disagree with Yoruba betraying igbo. It was Azikwe who betrayed Pa Awolowo in the motion of how to move Nigeria forward back then from the fulani northerners. Zik and Pa Awo had an agreement to meet in the East for a Political meeting but Zik denounced, left for the north to meet with Ahmadu Bello. Could u tell why 1966 coup chukwuma Ezeogwu had the plan of installing Pa Awo if the coup had been succeeded. Pa awo has been incarcerated all that time. The Pavillion of 1960 will give u light to this on how Pa Awo was degraded and disrespected. A man Pa Awolowo was a genius to have managed Nigeria with cash crops before mineral resources were discovered. Zik saw Pa Awo as a threat/highly intelligent. The bottom line is the blueprint of Fulanis then and now still the same and which is very harmful to the rest of us outside of the box. It was what cuz 1966 coup that Ezeogwu saw that led to the killing of all betrayals involved and bad governance. Zik was out of the country during the coup and remaining exile. I wish I could say much step by step here but people should go to archive history of Nigeria how all started.
You are wrong in very crucial areas. The Hausa-Fulanis are not fools. Like they rejected Falae, the Yoruba choice, they will reject your suggested Yoruba concensus choice. They are not FOOLS. If they accept to give a Yoruba man, it will be one they choose who will obey them like Obasanjo, not one the Yorubas choose by themselves. Also, the Fulanis have clearly publicly said Nigeria belongs to them. They are determined, stubborn and arrogant about it. That is the major thing in the 1999 Constitution FORCED illegally on Nigerians by their Military. See how they turned the majority Hausas, ratio 5:1, to almajiris in Hausaland, and as long as the 1999 Constitution remains, they will succeed, Obas in Yoruba land will eventually be replaced by Fulani Emirs taking instructions from Sokoto. Is that what you want? Wise man, can't you see that's what they are now implementing under Buhari and the 1999 Constitution? Any Yoruba man they put as President will be given a very strong VP, MUST continue with the the 1999 Constitution and the Fulanisation plan of Buhari. For Yorubas to be free from this planned slavery, they should 1st insist on removing the 1999 Constitution which from the very beginning was a wicked illegal Document. When Tinunbu as Govnor wanted to build Electric Power Generation House for Lagos State, Obasanjo, a Yoruba put there by the Hausa-Fulani disallowed Tinunbu, quoting the 1999 Constitution. The Fulanis will not give other tribes particularly Yorubas equity & freedom in Nigeria by peace. Those who want these ideals must go & prepare for WAR, beginning with the replacement of the UNITARY 1999 Constitution IMPOSED on the Country by the Hausa-Fulani led Military, to a TRUE FEDERALISM PARLIAMENTARY REGIONAL Constitution if they don't want their children to become almajiris and their Obas to become Fulani Emirs but ruling from Sokoto.

I dont agree with your suggestion.. Obasanjo was there... I don't agree with your views.. We cannot make any progress under the present system even if any Yoruba man is there.. It is possible ,to have our independendent State. Such request is based on internationsl Charters. Se won bi ṣóni mẹ́ja ni..? Do you think the Fulani will open their eyes and allow someone they cannot manipulate?? The fact that we speak the same language is our strength.. Even with misunderstanding among us, we shall be able to resolve our issues among ourselves better without any Fulani.
