im just glad they made the awakening hug feature canon cause when he’s in that form and eats a devil it completely wipes that devil from existence the horsemen (the control devil, war devil, famine devil, and the death devil) seem to be the only entities in the world who still remember the names of the Devils devoured by Chainsaw Man so him eating them and changing characters is symbolizing him wiping the char from existence

@@Nightcraft45 ABA is honestly beyond saving. I come back to it for a week when an update comes out but then it just reminds me why it's so anti-fun to play. So many characters still have easy one-shot combos you can't do anything about, giant unavoidable nuke moves that bypass block...literally just mash 1 2 3 4 and hold F and you will basically never lose. It's just so boring.
Apparently on the ripper mode you get a bit of passive regen if you got blood. Im not sure though but u can see here at 21:06

only at 5 blood bar or more
You need to fill half the bar and then it kicks in

W vid as always, if you hold the attack button while doing blood frenzy it does multihead and then the guard break so you can combo extent with it, you can also use ripper when the blood meters above two bars and a half the main thing I don’t like about Denji is that in base he doesn’t have a range projectile/skill so he loses the characters that can just play ranged
fought a goku black with denji on 500 ping, he ran the whole time
@@ravioliravioli3596 exactly because he has no ranged skills. He is easy to run away from ,His two modes are good, but his base is not that good especially because his one and two have so much wind up

Also for blood frenzy, you have to use it then instantly start spamming m1s
If your going to play denji you need to activate hybrid the second you can because once you get enough blood you start healing not doing so is selling you in the matches
Ima stop gate keeping since nobody does this: if you hold space with hug it does a version that's easier to combo extend with but it doesn't switch your opponents character, I recommend this if you wanna keep mode.

Having your character swapped wouldn't be as bad if you kept whatever mode you had, it just requires people to have a wider range of skill with characters
Yeah that’s the WORST part of it but it does take like half or 4 bars of denjis mode to do that but I still think taking away your whole mode is crazy 💀

If you click when you use blood frenzy it does a different attack like a barrage of slashes.
Edit: I've been getting the barrage part by spam m1ing the moment I press blood frenzy.

@Infernasu you can go into chainsawman form at like 3 bars and then use like grind or blood frenzy so a good combo would be like severance uptilt downslam into blood bath
Also note in his second mode im pretty sure the combo is 4 m1s blood frenzy(you can cancel it and it does a good damaging combo extending variant), m1s downslam, chain grab, m1s downslam use his grab. At least thats the combo i do and its easy as hell.

I'll be honest, I feel like there was enough content from Denji to make his base and his first chainsaw form as the awakening instead of his final form, because this did spoil the manga for me and would have been cool to have more Denjis in the roster too.
None the less, this is still a pretty fire character to see you play. Just hoping they don't spoil aki or Powers skills in the manga too. 🙏🔥
