Not like today where we live til 70 or 80. They would live around 30s to 50s. If longer, they are fortunate. Sickness took people's lives alot in those days. That's makes her uncomfortable as it reminds probably her he kills people for a living & she didn't see him for years due this he'll leave soon again too, rather then he stinks due not being hygienic. It wasn't to insult or belittle him more that's her freaking out, can you blame her for that if all she hears from rumors how scary he is on the battlefield & he's capable of killing, he might be hated etc.? It's quite daunting for a young girl. Her memories of them sleeping together are painful & traumatic, nothing fun, so do you get how much courage it took for her to go and talk to him asking to sleep with her to have a child something that's also risky & which she might be completely unaware off with her limited knowledge, she has to do this if she doesn't want a repeat/regret again. Makes me wonder how horrible her life was after he died, that she'd rather have those experiences again repeatedly if it'd prevent her previous life's ending. That's just sad & horrible, their live's just that dark. Biggest blame to her dad for selling/forcing her as a child to pretty much another child who's mainly on the battlefield. They're both victims & pitiful. tldr:Her regret was not not paying attention to her duties & understanding what having a heir meant as she was ignorant to the fact she'd have no standing & life without one, maybe also not getting to know her husband & experience things like love, she became easy prey for others as she lacked that. That's what happened to her in her previous life. She lost everything after he died, always like a discardable pawn even her husband was a pawn or victim to those in power considering he was embroiled in politics.

You need to keep in mind that she's a victim childbride who lived isolation for years, despite her traumatic & miserable past that's not easy to overcome. Her anger & anxiety issues aren't weird considering the things she went through, it wouldn't be strange if she was insane by living like a prisoner. You could also call the narration in this video a unreliable one. She had no mother or anyone to warn/discipline her, while others always preventing her from maturing, making decisions by not teaching/doing things on her behalf or even force her to run the household due her age while others her age already did those things this stems from her husband having the idea he has to spoil her to make up to her as she is from a great background while he's from a poor one, while not understanding he's also harming her as a result she's always being sent to the butler, he also treated her coldly sometimes probably not knowing how to deal with her as she was still a child. They basically rarely communicate as he left her for years. She didn't have a social life. After she lost her nanny she had no friends or any one to rely on to speak off. I've to say the narration makes it a bit confusing due to the backflashes & narration itself. Her whole life was beyond her control ever since she was a child others dictated & decided everything to the point she hated him (who's also a culprit & victim) gave up/lost interest in him until she rebirthed & wanted a change as she can't things stay like that unless she want a repeat of a miserable hellish life as a result of her giving up/leaving things be in her past life. She was often misunderstood & also misunderstood others as they only saw her riches but not the loneliness, pain & suffering she had to endure while having a negative reputation that's not mainly only her fault. You don't think how scary & horrible it might be for her to be forced to have a child else she won't get any recognition, she is worthless because she isn't a mother or proper wife & in others views, let alone properly survive? She had no things like family, friends (probably never had) or mother anything like that besides her nanny whom she lost at a young age then on top leaving her parental home at 9. It's no wonder she lacked the ability to socialise & express herself, she didn't get a proper upbringing & was neglected, so you can't say she matured properly in comparison to someone who was raised to be aware of certain things all her knowledge is mainly from maids some who had bad intentions that's quite telling. She doesn't want a child to stay rich. No, it's so she wouldn't have to have a life worse than death for not having a succesor to live for or trying to have one, she didn't have a social life as result. Imagine if she's found to be infertile, it be even worse in those times.
She has no power to save his life even if she knows he'll die, telling him isn't enough as you forget he's a subject who can become victim of those in higher position than him. She to save him at least has to get him to take her seriously & him to see her as his wife, for that she needs to show she's capable & get his trust else there'd be nothing to discuss. If she suddenly starts to apologize you think it won't be suspicious & make him wary? He already noticed she changed so he thanked her as she showed interest & approached him unlike her past self who was scared of him & used his smell as excuse to probably avoid him.
What's she probably always said was that he reeks of blood. That's makes her uncomfortable as it reminds probably her he kills people for a living & she didn't see him for years due this he'll leave soon again too, rather then he stinks due not being hygienic. It wasn't to insult or belittle him more that's her freaking out, can you blame her for that if all she hears from rumors how scary he is on the battlefield & he's capable of killing, he might be hated etc.? It's quite daunting for a young girl. Her memories of them sleeping together are painful & traumatic, nothing fun, so do you get how much courage it took for her to go and talk to him asking to sleep with her to have a child something that's also risky & which she might be completely unaware off with her limited knowledge, she has to do this if she doesn't want a repeat/regret again. Makes me wonder how horrible her life was after he died, that she'd rather have those experiences again repeatedly if it'd prevent her previous life's ending. That's just sad & horrible, their live's just that dark. Biggest blame to her dad for selling/forcing her as a child to pretty much another child who's mainly on the battlefield. They're both victims & pitiful.
tldr:Her regret was not not paying attention to her duties & understanding what having a heir meant as she was ignorant to the fact she'd have no standing & life without one, maybe also not getting to know her husband & experience things like love, she became easy prey for others as she lacked that. That's what happened to her in her previous life. She lost everything after he died, always like a discardable pawn even her husband was a pawn or victim to those in power considering he was embroiled in politics.
@balmatieramdass5880 I was annoyed at first too, but after rewatching & analyzing I found her cute & pitiful at times. You need to keep in mind that she's a victim childbride who lived isolation for years, despite her traumatic & miserable past that's not easy to overcome. Her anger & anxiety issues aren't weird considering the things she went through, it wouldn't be strange if she was insane by living like a prisoner. You could also call the narration in this video a unreliable one. She had no mother or anyone to warn/discipline her, while others always preventing her from maturing, making decisions by not teaching/doing things on her behalf or even force her to run the household due her age while others her age already did those things this stems from her husband having the idea he has to spoil her to make up to her as she is from a great background while he's from a poor one, while not understanding he's also harming her as a result she's always being sent to the butler, he also treated her coldly sometimes probably not knowing how to deal with her as she was still a child. They basically rarely communicate as he left her for years.
She didn't have a social life. After she lost her nanny she had no friends or any one to rely on to speak off. I've to say the narration makes it a bit confusing due to the backflashes & narration itself. Her whole life was beyond her control ever since she was a child others dictated & decided everything to the point she hated him (who's also a culprit & victim) gave up/lost interest in him until she rebirthed & wanted a change as she can't things stay like that unless she want a repeat of a miserable hellish life as a result of her giving up/leaving things be in her past life. She was often misunderstood & also misunderstood others as they only saw her riches but not the loneliness, pain & suffering she had to endure while having a negative reputation that's not mainly only her fault.
