Wade the install looks clean. I too went with the Alpine 500 Mono Block. My Sub is a JL Audio Stealth Box. Being a Audiophile on a budget, I replaced all the speakers with JBL GTO637. I also replaced the tweeters. The factory BOSE speakers are substandard Clarion contracted by BOSE. I strongly recommend Kilmat 80mil and Noico 150mil close cell foam sound deadening in the door skins,side skins and trunk area. You will notice an improvement in speaker sound quality and less outside noise.
I have a couple questions. Can you still use the climate control or do you have to buy a new one with the trim? Did you keep the steering wheel controls and if you did, what harness did you use? Lastly, you have to use another harness in order to keep the factory bose speakers/amp separate from the aftermarket amp used with the subwoofer right. If yes, what harness did you use?
No the stock alternator is good it’s not gonna be for competition by any means for sound systems but it will give what you need or really what your ears can handle for power! lol
Depending where you are located there is lots of shops that specialize in radio installs ! I’m sure if you search car audio retail some shops will show up 👍
Wade. What year is this G35? Mine is a 05 with nav and I noticed your center console is different. I’m going to be removing my nav and putting in the glove compartment with a 7” double din . Had to get the dash parts from salvage yard
The car is an 05 as well ! That’s the way to do it. The head units have way more modernized nav and other features like CarPlay and such so it’s worth the upgrade !
The centre part is hydro dipped in carbon they normally come in the stainless steel look to it. The remote wire goes from the back of the head unit to the amp turn on on the amp in the trunk. The harness wil have it labeled it’s usually blue coming out if the head unit.
They dont ship to New Zealand it’s annoying how hard it is to find aftermarket parts for my g35🤦🏽♂️ someone put one on trade me so i can buy it off you 🤦🏽♂️😂

I have a 2003 infiniti g35 sedan. I want to istall 6.5 in front and back with amp and subwoofers with amp in trunk. What sound system specs you recomend? I like alpine tipe R. You think thats good or what you recomend? Thank you.
If I ever do a full sound system I always like to match everything alpine sub alpine speakers for the doors and panels and alpine amps that will be more then enough of the car to sound great !
The oem amp for the bose system. ? The amp is built into the head unit we got. And it uses a secondary amp that’s built into the car I believe. You can have an option for the wirring harness with or without Bose system.
for those interested, CZP makes a battery cover for the G35 that is a direct fit and no cutting required.
Orrrr u can just order a 350z battery cover from Amazon and it will fit like a glove one the g35👌🏾

I believe there is a port that says rear out on the back ! Check for that !
