Beautiful! Thank you for recording the whole event and posting it! I didn't know about the fire. Broke my heart to see what happened. But what a resurrection! The unity and teamwork, and such skill is out of this world! Made me emotional. Wish I had know about you guys when I was younger...

Really incredible job. Hits close to my heart since 1100 homes in my community (including our family’s) burned in a wildfire in 2021. This rebuilding process has been gut wrenching, but many opportunities for beauty have grown. This building Cafe Homestead rebuilt is just a testament to what community and a vision will put forth after tragedy. Thanks for documenting this.

I've watched a few of your videos now and the community seems to encapsulate exactly what I've been feeling called to. Struggling in our atomized, secular society, even with a regular church family it seems like I'm lacking true Acts fellowship. I have been told my whole life that I have to just work and be a Christian within the system including reliance on unethical goods and no interdependence or trust really placed in a community of fellow Christians.

It's just breathtaking. From the ashes came beauty, rebirth, and a wonderful place for people to visit for years to come! We can't wait to come back and visit. Our favorite items are the cheese plate appetizer and the Rueben Sandwich.
We visited during Labor Day Weekend and let me tell you, I'm not too fond of booths at restaurants because I find them so uncomfortable. So, when they said they had a booth for us, I was not very happy. OMG, the booth was so comfortable, I was at the right height and the seating had just the perfect lumbar support. I was so comfy. And the food is as good as always!!!
Can’t wait to see the new place and have one of the best breakfast biscuits I have ever had.
