One rule that I would change (not really a rule more just a mentality/ approach) is, all the new rules the NBA implements need to be enforced and enforced fairly once they are implemented. We have seen far too many new rule changes that are enforced for 2 months at the beginning of the season, then go away after either the new year or all star break. A number of these rules actually improve the on court basketball product, like the flopping techs and the no jumping into a defender to draw shooting fouls (The transition take foul is a good example of this done well; likely because its a less subjective call (i.e. its either clear path and the defender is behind them or its an illegal play on the ball). I also think the refs need to be held more accountable and some monetary incentives (fines) or a big game limit (I presume refs get paid more in the playoffs, play-in, in season tournament & Christmas games so removing these opportunities for poor officiating seems fair. I think this should also be judged based on a season by season basis hence seniority shouldn't play a factor (sorry Tony Brothers & Scott Foster) only the quality of your officiating should matter) should be placed on refs that do a poor job (wrong calls (scaled based on importance e.g. Tatum fouling Lebron on that game winner attempt would be a highly ranked mistake), ego techs & non balanced officiating). I think a fair way to enforce that would be for the NBA to hire a special officiating team to review games that is completely separate to the on court officials (hopefully this would make the process less bias in either direction as no one on this team would be affected by the decisions they make). I also think this team should be split up even more into a live review and post game review to account for some of the human elements of officiating; because catching everything live is an almost impossible task (a similarity report, along with some basic statistical analysis could be done to assign officiating scores that determine who gets the most big games).
Pickleball is the perfect combo of Tennis and Ping Pong. Its much easier than doing a full tennis match and so much fun. Great for cardio too. Mike right on this one!

Fourth year I’ve watched the position rankings and maturing is realizing ranking based on last season and not the upcoming season is the right format. I used to hate when they’d leave out injured guys and wouldn’t project
EPM last year Kawhi was 9th and Paolo 129th… ik advanced numbers only mean so much but that gap is so large there is no way Kawhi should be lower unless they are just counting on him getting hurt which I guess you can’t blame ppl too much for assuming at this point
Tatum led his team in points assist & rebounds. People just want to hate on Tatum. Embid has had many talented teams but no one holds him to same standard, they make excuse after excuse for him.
What I would change: 1. Make the regular season the actual "championship." Whichever team finishes with the best point differential at the end of 82 games wins the championship (with a tie breaker determined by wins). 2. Create a post season tournament - begin with every team in a fantasy draft - draft order determined by season seeding - then all 30 fantasy teams play a bracket style playoff until a post season championship is awarded...
...this way all the top superstars and all the top role players get featured in a playoff style atmosphere... on teams that are designed (with no money restrictions) in a way that allows teams to put optimal players around the right stars. and it allows every fan base to get a chance to root for different superstars (every year)...

You don’t have to give Kawhi any benefit of the doubt when comparing him to Paulo and KAT. He is pretty easily better than them last year.
